This renovation was a creative solution to give their entrance a new look without spending a fortune on new construction. After adding some much needed lighting and outdoor electrical receptacles, we hand-applied this natural lime wash followed by removing the old foam pillar tops and replaced them with some raw edge stone. The lime wash will weather and allow some of the original brick texture to come through in time, which is sure to set this community apart in a sea full of red brick entrances! It warms my heart to see good things restored and reimagined.
